Lead a team supporting and optimizing Epic outpatient/ancillary modules and digital services. Oversee updates, incidents, change requests, enhancements, analytics, governance, and security. Lead development and deployment of AI and analytic solutions for healthcare using advanced statistical and machine learning methods. Provide enterprise consultative services, design experiments, build predictive/prescriptive models, direct analysis and reporting, and lead technical teams to translate insights into clinical applications.

Own national account relationships across a multi-state territory, drive new business revenue and account retention, develop and lead account strategies, coordinate cross-functional Mayo Clinic Labs teams, communicate value to health system executives, and meet strategic client and MCL goals while managing multiple priorities and extensive travel.

Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle Fusion HCM and related applications: analyze business processes, configure and test solutions, manage implementations and integrations, validate data integrity, produce documentation and training materials, participate in data governance, and support end users including possible 24/7 on-call coverage.
