Develop and execute major-gift fundraising strategies across a Midwest portfolio. Manage ~140 prospects, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for gifts typically $100,000–$1,000,000, partnering with leadership for larger gifts. Performs testing, development, troubleshooting, and documentation for data warehouses, data marts, BI environments, reports, and analytics applications. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, applies metadata expertise, validates data accuracy, and interprets integrated reports. Collaborates with analysts and associates on data management strategies while supporting multiple projects and maintaining customer-focused communication.

Serve as the technical point of contact for prospective and current Mayo Clinic Platform clients: explain platform capabilities and limitations, triage data and technical questions, lead onboarding and training on data science and deployment tools, collect metrics, liaise with internal teams, and translate client feedback into product improvements to drive program success.

Provides consultative and analytical support to develop and deploy organizational strategy. Partners with multidisciplinary teams to generate insights, plan and monitor performance, guide strategic choices, drive change, and establish stakeholder relationships. Focus areas include strategy development, planning, market analysis, financial and business planning, project management, and communicating recommendations to leadership.

Develops and programs interactive multimedia and eLearning content, including animation, video production, art direction, and graphic design. Builds LMS templates, authors courseware using Articulate/Adobe tools, writes and updates code (HTML/CSS/JS/XML/xAPI), maintains legacy content, performs QA, and supports deployment and content management while collaborating with teams to create engaging educational solutions.

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Business Development Operations department. Responsibilities include correspondence, document processing, filing, data entry, inventory and meeting-room support, event assistance, phone coverage, and records management. The role also reviews and processes intellectual-property documents, manages electronic signatures, supports revenue workflows and banking transactions, and maintains database task queues while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
