Manage national accounts across a multi-state territory, driving new business revenue and account retention for Mayo Clinic Laboratories. Build executive-level health system relationships, lead cross-functional teams to develop account strategies, communicate lab value to clients, coordinate internal resources, and support strategic growth. Position requires heavy travel and home-office territory work.

Provide on-site non-clinical administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, meeting and travel coordination, document preparation and transcription, invoice/expense processing, website/database/spreadsheet maintenance, phone coverage, and general departmental project support while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Manage client referral send-out work for Mayo Clinic Laboratories onsite at a client hospital. Receive, verify, process, aliquot, and ship biological specimens, maintain LIS records and test catalogs, handle billing and supply inventory, provide customer service and training, monitor quality metrics, and resolve specimen submission issues.

Provides basic, supervised support to the care team by stocking supplies, cleaning and disinfecting, room turnover, assembling paperwork, delivering items, handling mail and copies, and maintaining regulatory and system standards while interacting professionally with patients, families, and co-workers.

Provide high-volume technical customer support for Mayo Clinic Laboratories across multiple channels. Troubleshoot hardware/software and testing issues, coordinate resolutions with labs and IT, manage client complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, notify clients of assay issues, facilitate sample returns/forwards, and use numerous applications to support patient safety and testing accuracy.

Provide administrative support to Office Manager, Department Chairs, and midlevel leadership: coordinate meetings, prepare and compile documents and meeting materials, process phone calls and mail, schedule appointments, format/edit documents, operate office equipment, and perform general clerical tasks. Must type 60-70 wpm and communicate effectively.

Serve as executive advisor for philanthropic financial operations, overseeing gift processing, forecasting, and governance. Lead strategy, policies, and risk management for gifts, pledges, endowments, and complex giving. Partner with C-suite and finance leadership, manage matrixed teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and transparent financial reporting in support of Mayo Clinic's philanthropic objectives.

Conduct AI and informatics research supporting design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of research, clinical, and administrative studies. Perform literature reviews, experimentation, validation, and interpretation of AI models in pathology; code in Python and communicate results.

Lead end-to-end AI lifecycle for clinical applications, designing and deploying multimodal, foundation-model, and vision/NLP solutions. Guide architecture, evaluation, compliance, CI/CD/MLOps, and risk/validation for regulated healthcare deployments while mentoring engineers and collaborating with clinicians and stakeholders.

Lead planning, direction, coordination, and delivery of large, complex, enterprise-level projects from initiation through handoff. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery using Mayo Clinic PM methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices; manage budgets, mitigate risks, remove impediments, coach teams, facilitate decision-making, and mentor other project staff.
