Design, develop, and deliver soft-skills and technical learning for the US Insurance division. Partner with business leaders and SMEs to close capability gaps, create facilitator guides, e-learning, and job aids, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, coach learners and leaders, measure learning effectiveness, and support change initiatives. Focus areas include communication, relationship-based sales, presentation, coaching, collaboration, influence, and underwriting career development, with proactive use of AI to innovate training and drive behavior change.

Handle low-to-moderate exposure first-party property claims: confirm coverage, investigate losses, set reserves, negotiate settlements, draft coverage letters, identify subrogation or fraud, and meet service level agreements.

Support regulatory compliance for insurance products across jurisdictions by monitoring laws, interpreting regulatory requirements, drafting and submitting filings and forms, responding to audits and inquiries, partnering with business teams, and managing multiple projects to ensure compliant product development and lifecycle management.

Manage product and user-story backlogs for personal lines, prioritize stakeholder and partner needs, oversee development and releases, define and analyze API integrations, triage defects, support testing, create documentation and training, and liaise between business, vendors, and technical teams to meet underwriting objectives.
