The Lead Software Engineer at Truckstop is responsible for leading a development team in a fast-paced and innovative environment, providing technical guidance, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions.

This Account Executive will be responsible for up-selling and cross-selling the Truckstop.com suite of Compliance-as-a-Service products to existing Broker customers through phone, Teams, and email interactions. Responsibilities include prospecting, engaging with customers, demoing products, managing quota, and providing value-based solutions. The position requires a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred, and a minimum of three years' experience in software sales, especially via phone demos. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. The anticipated base salary range is $59,500 to $70,000 USD with additional commission for meeting monthly targets.
