Manage North America eCommerce operations across order management, fulfillment, shipping, returns, payments and fraud prevention. Lead cross-functional projects, optimize processes and systems (ERP/Magento), develop KPIs/dashboards, support ERP migrations, and partner with Finance, IT, Customer Care and Distribution Centers to improve post-purchase customer experience and operational scalability.

Lead technical development of pattern-making and specifications from seasonal concept through sampling to production. Ensure on-time, quality-compliant technical packages, collaborate with production and cross-functional teams, manage 2D/3D pattern assets, Bills of Materials, labeling/packaging guidelines, and resolve pre-production fit, construction, and systems issues. Support adoption of new tools and maintain workflow in PLM/systems for handoff to vendors and manufacturing.
