Supports the Lee Denim design team in developing seasonal apparel collections, including fabrics, trims, artwork, colorways, and style details. Tracks prototypes, lab dips, strike-offs, and design development activities; creates presentations, CAD sheets, 3D CADs, plaids, and repeats. Provides administrative support for fit sessions, prototype reviews, and milestone meetings while collaborating with cross-functional and global partners.

Oversee global accounting operations, consolidated financial close, SEC filings, internal reporting, technical accounting, SOX controls, audits, and accounting policies. Lead the Corporate Accounting & Reporting team and collaborate with senior leaders, auditors, and international teams. Manage accounting workstreams for acquisitions, dispositions, system implementations, and transformation initiatives, while overseeing sustainability and U.S. benefit plan reporting.

Develops apparel patterns, technical construction specifications, materials, bills of materials, labeling, packaging, and production-ready technical packages. Uses 2D and 3D patternmaking tools, resolves pre-production technical issues, maintains product information systems, and supports process improvements and technology adoption.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities. Leads workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. Coaches leaders through complex people matters, supports cross-functional HR initiatives, mitigates organizational risk, and provides direction and development for the HR team.

Supports Wrangler marketing communications initiatives, including photoshoots, catalogs, POS materials, social media and influencer activations, promotions, public relations, events, and visual marketing programs. Coordinates vendors, talent bookings, production timelines, image selection, retouching, artwork, printing, budgets, invoices, and project billing. Collaborates with marketing, creative, merchandising, retail, PR, and external partners to deliver projects on schedule.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of the eCommerce site experience. Run A/B tests, analyze site analytics, prioritize backlog, collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing and merchandising to improve usability, mobile performance, and conversion metrics across customer journeys.

Design and own Wrangler collaboration and special project product from concept to pre-production. Create trend-right concepts, color, prints, trims, fabrics and wash direction. Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design and overseas partners on fit, cost, and prototypes. Present seasonal direction and manage timelines, mentor junior designers, and maintain design assets like boards and tech packs.

Supports Wrangler Outdoor seasonal apparel design and development across fabrics, trims, artwork, colors, CADs, prototypes, and fit reviews. Creates design presentations, seasonal decks, print patterns, and 3D CADs; maintains development trackers; reviews color and material submissions; documents feedback and action items; and collaborates with cross-functional teams to keep product development organized and on schedule.

Drive operational excellence for retail product development by analyzing workflows, implementing Smartsheet solutions, aligning tools for PLM readiness, leading cross-functional discovery sessions, training teams, and improving visibility and efficiency across seasonal milestones and Go-To-Market planning.

Manage and configure SAP security and GRC controls, monitor critical access, design SoD matrices and mitigating controls, support user provisioning, troubleshoot security issues, implement continuous monitoring and audit controls, and manage security changes across the SAP landscape.
