The Territory Manager is responsible for sales growth in the Northeast Regional Sales for Municipal Wastewater, implementing strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring execution of sales initiatives.

Sell Xylem water products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers; create quotes and proposals; conduct presentations and demos; maintain CRM records for forecasting; ensure customer satisfaction and retention; support customer engagements and trade events; recommend complex solutions based on product and industry knowledge.

The Hardware Test Reliability Engineer will develop and execute test plans for ensuring product compliance and reliability, perform environmental tests, and collaborate with multiple teams for quality improvements.

The Lead HR People Partner supports managers with HR programs, advises on employee relations issues, conducts investigations, and coaches leaders on performance management and culture-building practices.

The Cost Analyst prepares financial statements, conducts reconciliations, assists in budgeting and forecasting, and performs internal audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Lead site supply chain activities including production planning, procurement, inventory control, supplier selection and performance, cost reduction, Kanban/VMI implementation, ISO documentation, KPI development, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory.

Manage equipment design, submittals, production scheduling, installation and commissioning. Serve as primary contact for customers, vendors and operations; control scope, schedule, cost, and warranty processes; review technical designs and drawings; coordinate suppliers and third-party vendors; travel to sites and factories as needed.

Handle inbound phone, fax and email order inquiries, enter and edit orders, verify billing/shipping details, communicate stock and shipment status, process quotations, manage credits/debits, coordinate with sales territory and service centers, and perform general office duties in an indoor office and plant environment.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for engineered water infrastructure projects: review tender documents, prepare specifications and drawings, assist quotation and bid packages, collaborate with engineering, sales, vendors and project managers, and support customer approvals, training and implementation.

Coordinate with freight carriers on trailer switches and pickups, communicate with cross-functional departments, and support the shift supervisor with shift management and operational needs. Serve as a logistics communication hub to help ensure timely pickups and smooth shift operations; perform other assigned duties as needed.
