The Talent Acquisition Specialist will build and manage candidate pipelines for healthcare roles, perform high-volume outreach, qualify candidates, and support search execution through collaboration with executive recruiters.

Drive net-new permanent physician search agreements with hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Hunt for new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and executive-level consultative selling. Own full sales cycle, develop territory strategy, maintain pipeline and CRM records, collaborate with recruiting and operations for handoffs, and represent AMN to grow market share for permanent physician search services.

Serve as primary client contact for physician and leadership staffing programs. Set expectations, guide clients through search methodology, coordinate with recruiting teams, qualify and sometimes interview candidates, report weekly activity, and ensure account success while handling confidential information and meeting deadlines.
