Leads FactSet’s enterprise transformation toward AI-native software development. Owns the agentic development strategy, AI tooling roadmap, governance, developer infrastructure, standards, skills, adoption, token-cost governance, and success metrics. Partners with engineering, product, architecture, and AI teams to reshape the full software delivery lifecycle, build trust and adoption, and improve velocity, quality, developer experience, and AI-native work across the organization.

Lead complex client implementations and transformation programs for FactSet’s buy-side Performance, Analytics, and Risk Solutions. Advise clients on scalable workflows, data integration, solution best practices, training, documentation, and transition to support. Collaborate with project managers, data integration teams, Product Development, and Engineering while managing scope, risks, client communication, and implementation improvements. Identify additional opportunities and ensure high-quality delivery for sophisticated investment professionals.

Manages client relationships and technical delivery for FactSet’s Portware Execution Management System. Responsibilities include account strategy, requirements gathering, client advocacy, implementation of upgrades and trading workflows, connectivity projects, training, reporting, issue resolution, and coordination with product, engineering, support, implementation, sales, and pre-sales teams. The role requires financial markets expertise, project management, technical business analysis, SQL, FIX protocol knowledge, and understanding of securities trading and EMS systems.

Plans and executes risk-based IT audits covering ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology risks. Reviews workpapers, evaluates control effectiveness, supports business process audits and SOX compliance, communicates findings, and oversees remediation. Leads and develops audit team members, manages resources, partners with IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and external auditors, and improves audit methodologies through analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring.

Deploys and optimizes FactSet products for investment-industry clients through data integration, module configuration, custom reports, workflow specifications, training, and implementation support. Provides technical and functional guidance, manages scope estimates, coordinates with project managers and engineering teams, identifies expansion opportunities, and transitions clients to support. Requires strong FactSet Analytics expertise, complex screening-code proficiency, financial-industry knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Drive sales of FactSet’s trading solutions to hedge funds, institutional asset managers, and wealth managers. Responsibilities include sourcing leads, leading demos, managing evaluations and POCs, negotiating large deals, developing strategic client relationships, supporting workflow implementation and retention, educating sales teams, collaborating with product teams, attending industry events, and mentoring colleagues.

Lead Americas trading solutions sales as a player/coach: manage your own pipeline, grow and mentor a sales team, hit revenue targets (new business, renewals, upsell), build deep client relationships across buy- and sell-side, align with product and marketing, represent FactSet at industry events, and provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap and strategy.

Sell FactSet's LiquidityBook trading solutions to buy-side clients. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, POCs, negotiations, and deal close. Build executive relationships, advise on workflows and implementation, collaborate with product and internal teams, mentor colleagues, develop territory, and represent FactSet at industry events.

Deploys and optimizes FactSet solutions for sophisticated investment clients through project-based implementations. Responsibilities include configuring products, integrating and validating data, creating workflow and report specifications, providing technical and functional guidance, training users, supporting implementation, identifying growth opportunities, and transitioning clients to support. The specialist partners with Product Development and Engineering, manages scope and estimates, communicates with clients, and mentors junior team members.
