Lead enterprise account strategy for major data center hyperscalers to drive adoption and standardization of DEWALT tools, storage, accessories, and connected jobsite solutions. Build executive and operational relationships across procurement, construction, facilities, safety, and commissioning. Design, develop, test, simulate, and validate software for microcontroller-based systems. Create verification procedures, translate customer requirements into specifications, troubleshoot electronic systems, document work, and collaborate cross-functionally while rotating through engineering, product management, and operations assignments.

Participate in a rotational engineering leadership program with three eight-month assignments across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. Build professional and technical skills through facility-based projects, cross-functional collaboration, networking, and leadership development. Participants must be willing to rotate teams and locations, with possible relocation. Successful performance may lead to post-program placement in ongoing leadership roles.

Participate in a rotational engineering leadership program with three eight-month assignments across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. Build professional engineering skills, complete project assignments, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop leadership capabilities through networking and mentoring. Candidates must hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, have at least one engineering internship, and possess less than two years of professional experience. Rotations may require relocation, and post-program placement may be available after successful performance.

Leads business and systems analysis, solution design, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and deployment of IT applications. Manages Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud administration, integrations, vendors, stakeholders, operating procedures, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer. Ensures projects remain aligned with requirements, budgets, timelines, architecture, infrastructure, and release processes while supporting users and resolving escalated issues.

Lead strategy, discovery, and delivery of after-sales and enterprise digital products (web, mobile, connected). Own vision, roadmap, and execution; drive product discovery, user-centered design, Agile delivery, analytics-driven optimization, governance, KPIs, and mentor product managers to improve post-purchase experiences and business outcomes.

Sells and promotes products to assigned accounts through outbound calls, develops sales forecasts and territory goals, handles quotations, pricing, returns, credits, and account issues. Coordinates customer needs with customer service, production control, engineering, and outside sales. Supports regional warehouse operations, including freight routing, shipment tracing, proof of delivery, freight claims, and vendor coordination. Maintains call reports, follows up on leads, communicates competitive activity, and attends relevant trade association meetings.

Executes category strategy, guides new product development, evaluates competitive and market opportunities, and develops product launch plans. Manages category P&L, performance reporting, marketing budget recommendations, and financial analysis. Coordinates cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, product, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure product readiness, availability, and strategic alignment. Leads process improvements and organizational change initiatives.

Lead plant financial management including monthly close, budgeting/forecasting, cost accounting and standard costing, inventory and fixed-asset controls, SOX/internal controls, KPI reporting, and cross-functional cost-reduction projects to support operations and drive value.
