Manage an assigned MEP territory in Tampa selling power tools, hand tools and accessories. Use SalesForce, Power BI and ShowPad to analyze metrics, plan routes, and drive sales through in-person account visits, training, lead generation, and promotional events. Meet sales targets, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with distributors, end users, and key decision makers.

Manage CRAFTSMAN power tool accessories portfolio through full product lifecycle: plan, develop, launch, in-market management, pricing and financial analysis, cross-functional coordination, and portfolio optimization using market and performance data.

Onsite Project Engineer supporting industrial product development: provide technical support to sales, develop customer specifications, manage project activities, generate designs in Creo/AutoCAD, perform mechanical/electrical calculations, specify materials and controls, develop test protocols, and ensure product realization per QMS/APQP.

Lead cross-functional new product development programs for electrified tools, managing project plans, risks, budgets/P&L, and stakeholder communications. Drive technical decision-making, process improvements, and alignment between R&D, finance, and manufacturing to deliver products on time and on budget.
