Design, build, and validate automated electro-mechanical test systems (robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics). Lead CAD development, implement controls using Koyo PLCs/NI cRIO/embedded processors, operate lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, loadcells, dynamometers, power analyzers, thermal chambers, NI DAQ), collaborate cross-functionally, and act as a technical subject-matter expert focused on safety and deliverables.

Design and develop electro-mechanical systems and motor controls for power tools. Create 3D models and 2D drawings, manage BOMs/PLM documentation, perform FEA and engineering analyses, conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and tolerance stack-ups, support supplier development, DFM, testing, regulatory compliance, and root-cause continuous improvement across multiple projects.
