The intern works with project managers and teams across order management, manufacturing, logistics, contractors, services, and warranty operations.

Provides technical support for DC power distribution products, including configuration guidance, troubleshooting, issue triage, and customer inquiries. Develops technical bulletins, application notes, troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base content, and training materials. Participates in customer meetings and collaborates with senior engineers while building expertise in power conversion, distribution panels, controllers, and related systems through lab exposure and hands-on work.

Develops mechanical product layouts and system integration documentation for modular DC power converter proposals. Performs tolerance stack-up analysis, defines assembly sequences and mechanical interfaces, creates site-fit documentation, verifies requirements traceability, and coordinates manufacturability with DFM and production engineering teams. The role also supports customer-ready specifications, BOM maintenance, PLM processes, and design reviews for power equipment configurations.

Designs, tests, and releases custom electrical control hardware and PCBs for data center cooling infrastructure. Responsibilities include circuit and communication hardware design, PCB layout, product bring-up, testing, production release, board revisions, design reviews, cost reduction, and cross-functional problem solving. The role requires expertise in electrical engineering, signal integrity, communication protocols, microcontrollers, industry standards, and product development, along with strong project management and communication skills.

Leads strategic pricing and commercial excellence for the Americas Power Management business. Owns deal desk operations, pricing governance, discount approvals, commercial package development, margin and price realization analysis, win-rate analysis, and pricing analytics. Partners with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve deal profitability, protect margins, accelerate deal velocity, and support commercialization decisions.
