Lead end-to-end program management for high-density liquid cooling lab projects, coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver test environment buildouts, equipment procurement/commissioning, validation campaigns, and customer test programs on scope, schedule, and budget. Track progress, mitigate risks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in lab infrastructure and processes.

Lead architecture and development of enterprise Oracle CPQ using Redwood UI. Design commerce flows, complex PTO/ATO/ETO configurators, pricing and approval logic, CI/CD, and integrations (Sales Cloud, EBS, PD/PIM) via REST/SOAP/XSLT. Reengineer legacy JavaScript to Redwood-native solutions, embed external apps, and optimize performance and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, specify, and commission FMS/BMS control systems from pre-sales through startup. Create control schematics, bills of material, and construction documents; integrate PLC/relay-based equipment; coordinate suppliers, contractors, and commissioning teams; ensure code compliance, perform on-site reviews/audits, and provide technical support throughout construction and commissioning.

Serve as liaison between Vertiv Sales and Oracle CX platform teams to align strategy, support Opportunity-to-Order processes, manage enhancements and integrations, coordinate testing, perform root-cause analysis, maintain documentation, drive data/reporting, and ensure timely resolution with vendors and stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and ensure data quality and accessibility. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver data solutions and troubleshoot data issues.

Lead global product marketing for the Power portfolio: develop go-to-market strategy, value propositions, product messaging, launches, competitive analysis, sales enablement, customer-facing collateral, and regional marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead strategy and roadmap for integrated edge-ready infrastructure. Drive cross-functional development of validated rack solutions (power, cooling, remote management), engage customers and partners, manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, and monitor market trends for AI and enterprise edge workloads.
