Lead manufacturing engineering projects for Switchgear Power BU including product transfers, NPDI, process improvements, capital projects, and multi-site standardization. Coordinate with design, program management, and operations to deliver manufacturing plans, prototype builds, cost analyses, equipment commissioning, and manufacturing readiness deliverables.

Lead a demand planning team to produce accurate forecasts using internal and external inputs, own demand-side SIOP, drive process and technology improvements, align forecasts with sales and FP&A, identify demand steering opportunities, and manage KPI-driven forecasting and team development.
