Leads Vertiv’s global Governance, Risk, and Compliance function, including enterprise IT risk management, third-party risk, SOX and ITGC compliance, security audits, vulnerability governance, awareness training, customer security questionnaires, and Trust Center operations. Manages a globally dispersed team and chairs the Cyber Risk Oversight Committee while communicating security risks to executives and international stakeholders. The role requires expertise in NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, risk quantification, GRC platforms, and global program execution, with international travel.

Support proposals, technical submittals, risk assessments, customer meetings, project handoffs, and continuous improvement. Ensure alignment with UL 891, UL 1558, NEC, manufacturability, sourcing, and execution-readiness requirements while mentoring technical resources.

Provides reactive and proactive sales support for assigned channel accounts. Responsibilities include closing opportunities, qualifying leads, coordinating campaigns, supporting outside sales, meeting quotas, answering customer inquiries, communicating product benefits, providing quotes, managing CRM opportunities, and coordinating inventory and delivery information. The role also delivers basic technical guidance, supports partner programs, and participates in sales events and trade shows.

Supports engineered-to-order electrical and mechanical design for low-voltage power distribution equipment during quotation and proposal phases. Reviews customer specifications, one-line diagrams, protection schemes, component selections, layouts, BOMs, and compliance requirements. Coordinates with sales, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, operations, and project management; supports technical reviews, risk identification, standardization, KPIs, continuous improvement, customer clarification, and project handoffs. Provides technical mentoring and helps ensure solutions are compliant, manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with proposal timelines.

Supports enterprise IT quality assurance by executing scripted tests, documenting results, reporting defects, maintaining and developing test cases, preparing test data and environments, and verifying readiness for release testing. The intern works under senior QA analyst guidance while gaining experience with software testing, release management, SDLC practices, cloud platforms, Oracle CPQ, and manufacturing IT systems.

Leads Oracle ERP and PLM integration, engineering process governance, workflow optimization, engineering change management, data integrity, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Collaborates across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to migrate and standardize processes, automate workflows, improve BOM and revision control, resolve system issues, and support training and digital transformation initiatives.

Drives regional revenue growth through complex technical sales, customer engagement, solution development, site assessments, proposals, presentations, and strategic account expansion. Serves as a regional technical authority, develops market presence through educational and industry events, and mentors sales personnel. Collaborates with engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and leadership to shape offerings, improve customer value, and achieve sales and profitability goals across a broad territory.

Participate in a three-year rotational Human Resources Leadership Development Program involving Center of Excellence, Global HR, and Plant HR assignments. Build strategic, operational, analytical, relationship-building, and leadership capabilities while receiving mentoring, training, senior-leader exposure, and cross-program collaboration opportunities. A rotation may occur at another U.S. or international location.

Leads regional channel sales for data center and edge infrastructure solutions, driving revenue through partners, end users, and local offices. Develops territory plans, penetrates new accounts, manages pipelines, oversees channel partner and office performance, and leads Channel Account Managers. Coordinates distributors, trade shows, inside sales, and marketing strategies while tracking pricing, expenses, forecasts, and customer satisfaction. Requires extensive sales experience, product knowledge, leadership, communication skills, and frequent territory travel.
