Develop and review complex electrical systems and wire harnesses, ensure compliance with NEC/UL/CSA standards, approve drawings/BOMs, coordinate with software and manufacturing teams, and support field issue resolution and service.

Lead IT commercial aspects of M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle: license and vendor assessment, TSA structuring, commercial packaging for close, integration cost management, and development of repeatable frameworks to enable Day 1 readiness, Day 1-100 integration, and value realization over Years 1-2. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Corporate Development, and IT leaders to manage commercial risk and optimize vendor strategy.

Lead go-to-market and portfolio strategy for Rack PDU solutions targeting hyperscale and OEM customers. Translate customer requirements into product definitions and roadmaps, partner with engineering, sales, and adjacent product lines, build business cases for custom rPDU platforms, and support strategic account engagements while monitoring market and competitive trends.

Lead and grow a technical sales team focused on hyperscale and chiller-based thermal solutions. Drive technical engagement through the sales cycle, influence product roadmap, support major project milestones and factory tests, and partner with account directors to win and expand strategic hyperscale accounts. Provide customer education, mentor staff, and optimize resource deployment to increase penetration and win rates in large-scale data center cooling deployments.

Lead global product marketing for the IT Systems portfolio: define positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market plans, campaigns, and sales enablement. Conduct competitive and market analysis, create customer-facing collateral, enable sales with tools/training, support regional programs, and present initiatives and outcomes to leadership.
