Lead go-to-market and portfolio strategy for Rack PDU solutions targeting hyperscale and OEM customers. Translate customer requirements into product definitions and roadmaps, partner with engineering, sales, and adjacent product lines, build business cases for custom rPDU platforms, and support strategic account engagements while monitoring market and competitive trends.

Lead end-to-end operational integration for acquisitions and divestitures, driving synergy delivery across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, logistics and systems. Own integration governance, pre-close due diligence, value realization, and executive reporting while partnering cross-functionally to protect the transaction business case and stabilize operations post-close.

Plans, directs, and coordinates large-scale projects, managing schedules, budgets, staffing and field personnel. Liaises with clients and contractors, prepares reports and change orders, provides technical guidance, develops company-wide project processes, and mentors junior staff.

Lead finance-focused post-merger ERP integrations: assess acquired ERPs, map and convert transactions, remediate accounting/system issues, support Oracle configurations, execute UAT, stabilize post-go-live, document BRDs/FRDs/SOPs, and drive process improvements across the Americas controllership.

Own and scale global lifecycle service offerings for integrated infrastructure solutions (modular, containerized, skid-based). Define service roadmap, launch services, create SOWs/SOPs, enable regional deployment, set value-based pricing, track lifecycle performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recurring services revenue and operational consistency.
