Own the backlog and roadmap for a shared agentic AI platform spanning knowledge services, developer tooling, and agent fleets. Write requirements, partner with engineering, support governance and release processes, ship workflows and onboarding resources, drive adoption, gather usage feedback, and build KPI instrumentation covering platform adoption, developer experience, agent quality, deployment outcomes, and usage costs.

Leads software portfolio governance, prioritization, cross-functional alignment, business execution, financial performance, commercialization readiness, executive operating cadences, and strategic initiatives. Coordinates with sales, marketing, services, and product teams, represents the channel to executives and customers, and converts market feedback into product priorities.

Own a defined area of Toshiba’s ELERA Commerce Suite, shaping product strategy, market positioning, business justification, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization. Engage enterprise retailers and stakeholders to identify scalable customer needs, author business requirements, create AI-assisted clickable prototypes, partner with engineering, and lead user acceptance and business acceptance testing. The role also supports portfolio governance, competitive positioning, commercialization, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled product development methods.

Leads global product and vertical marketing strategy across retail technology markets. Oversees positioning, messaging, launches, market intelligence, sales enablement, change management, thought leadership, and go-to-market execution. Builds and manages marketing teams, aligns product, sales, customer success, channel, and regional stakeholders, and measures adoption, pipeline, win rates, customer growth, and revenue impact. The role develops vertical strategies, customer narratives, field-readiness plans, competitive materials, and portfolio-level marketing frameworks.

Build and operate an internal developer experience platform spanning local development, CI/CD, Kubernetes deployment, observability, self-service environments, and production feedback. Develop platform services, tools, templates, and automation while improving engineering workflows and delivery performance. Direct controlled AI coding agents, review their output, enforce deterministic validation, and measure productivity gains.
