The Account Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by serving as a communication link between customers and the company, managing a defined sales territory and maintaining customer profiles while striving for sales volume.

Manage end-to-end intralogistics storage and automation projects: schedule, coordinate vendors/customers, approve engineering/permits, track costs and change orders, oversee installation/commissioning, perform site visits, and ensure project closeout and customer acceptance while maintaining margins.

Manage end-to-end storage and automation projects including scheduling, vendor/customer communication, permitting, material and PO coordination, site visits, installation oversight, commissioning, change order and cost management, and final invoicing while protecting project margins and ensuring safety and customer acceptance.

The Account Manager manages customer relationships, drives sales, maintains customer profiles, and works collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Sell Raymond West warehouse solutions within an assigned territory, maintain accurate customer and equipment records, build client relationships, meet sales and profit targets, provide excellent customer service, and perform local field visits.
