Manages the engineering team supporting material-handling system designs, estimating, CAD work, permitting, proposals, installations, and post-launch projects. Oversees engineers and designers, establishes KPIs, coordinates with sales and project management, ensures timely deliverables, supports customer solutions, and drives team development. The role requires expertise in conveyor and warehouse systems, building and fire codes, seismic requirements, estimating, contract preparation, and applicable engineering software.

Develop, maintain, and support BI applications and reports. Gather requirements, build SSRS and Power BI reports/dashboards, create ETL/data pipelines (including API integrations), integrate Business Central data into Microsoft Fabric, perform production support, CI/CD deployments, documentation, tuning, training, and data quality resolution.

Provides Level I and II IT support, including configuring and maintaining computer and network hardware and software, managing user access and security, troubleshooting networking and printing issues, updating applications, maintaining inventories and documentation, and supporting video conferencing equipment. The role is primarily onsite, includes an on-call rotation, requires approximately 10% travel to branch locations, and involves customer and employee support.
