Leads strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, governance, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement for Stryker’s SAP technical platform. Partners with infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, business, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure reliable, secure, scalable services. Oversees technical initiatives, budgeting, capacity planning, risk communication, process standardization, and vendor performance while coaching team members and supporting enterprise digital transformation.

Supports surgeons, OR staff, sterile processing, and biomedical personnel; provides product education, records procedure data, maintains account information, and supports DICOM, video conferencing, and EMR connectivity. Requires flexible rotating, on-call, weekend, and occasional travel coverage.

Design and verify mechanical and electromechanical medical device components, assemblies, and subsystems throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include translating clinical requirements into specifications, prototyping, testing, root-cause analysis, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting manufacturing scale-up, regulatory activities, continuous improvement, and product launches.

Leads technology-focused internal audits and risk advisory engagements, including IT risk and SOX compliance assessments. Evaluates IT general controls, automated controls, key reports, and control effectiveness across ERP and enterprise applications. Identifies technology risks and control gaps, develops remediation recommendations, coordinates audit workstreams, coaches analysts, and prepares audit reports. Uses data analytics and audit technologies to improve testing and risk coverage while advancing audit methodologies and team capabilities.

Designs, develops, tests, and verifies electrical circuits and subsystems for medical devices. Responsibilities include circuit design, C/C++ code review, prototype development, bench testing, engineering change documentation, electromagnetic compatibility and safety analysis, production support, and field issue investigation. The role collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, and customers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Executes technology-focused internal audit and risk advisory engagements, including SOX compliance testing, IT general and automated control testing, system implementation reviews, risk assessments, operational audits, and SOC report reviews. The role evaluates control design and effectiveness, documents audit findings, supports remediation, and advises stakeholders on technology risk across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.

Designs, enhances, deploys, and supports SAP ERP solutions across business divisions. Partners with logistics providers, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to resolve system issues, monitor hypercare and operational KPIs, ensure regulatory and documentation compliance, and support distribution network transformation and ERP consolidation. Develops reports and documentation while managing strategic partners and multiple implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support initiatives.

Supports Stryker Joint Replacement’s digital marketing strategy through content and campaign development, KPI tracking and analysis, optimization recommendations, industry trend research, and communications initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and gains exposure to marketing communications, operations, technology, tradeshows, and events. The internship emphasizes professional development, stakeholder networking, process documentation, and presenting information clearly.
