Respond to email/phone/text leads promptly, qualify prospects, set appointments for onsite sales counselors, maintain realtor relationships, use CRM and messaging platforms, update internal tools, and report lead-to-sale metrics to leadership.

Complete a minimum three-month sales training to become a Sales Associate/Consultant. Assist with prospect interviews and model presentations, support new and prospective homebuyers, back up the sales team, perform sales-office administrative tasks, and learn local market conditions, competition, real estate laws, and regulations.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for completing training to develop sales skills, assisting buyers, and learning market knowledge for home sales.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large enterprise data and analytics projects. Manage project life cycle, risks, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Enforce PM best practices, create WBS, produce status/KPI reports, mentor team members, handle escalations and on-call support, and drive process improvements and project closures.

The Sales Consultant will assist prospective homebuyers, conduct market research, learn sales techniques, and manage sales office duties as needed over a training period.
