The Partner Talent Management Lead oversees the talent processes for partners, managing performance reviews, development plans, and onboarding while advising senior leadership on talent strategy and engagement.

Deliver and maintain recurring HR reporting and dashboards (headcount, hiring, attrition, mobility), translate business questions into metrics, lead data quality and reporting processes, partner cross-functionally, support HR programs and ad hoc workforce analyses, and enable stakeholders through documentation and training.

Manage benefits account administration and documentation using Benefit Point and ImageRight; support Account Executive with RFPs, carrier communications, enrollment meetings, reporting, and compliance tasks (Medicare Part D, Schedule A). Assist with client website setup, maintain client binders, prepare proposals and aggregate reports, and participate in technical skill development and certifications. Provide client service, problem solving, and coordinate workflows per Benefits Timeline.

Assess property risk from fire, natural hazards, and related perils; provide technical guidance; collaborate with brokerage teams; produce reports and plan reviews; manage project plans, budgets, and resources; build and maintain client relationships.

Support senior sales by prospecting, preparing proposals/quotes, conducting product demonstrations, and managing parts of the full sales cycle. Research client HR/business needs, assist meeting preparation and follow-up, and lead smaller pursuit efforts while becoming a subject-matter expert in Career Products.

Provide prompt, courteous client service on the Business Insurance team by processing policy changes, certificates, audits, and evidence of property insurance while ensuring accuracy and timely support.

Serve as strategic partner to Energy practice leadership to translate strategy into action, manage cross-functional initiatives, oversee financial planning and capacity modeling, support talent and recruiting, coordinate global projects and meetings, drive commercial and marketing effectiveness, and deliver data-driven insights to support growth and operational execution.

Manage and service surety accounts, prepare and execute various bonds, complete indemnity agreements, maintain power of attorney filings and bond supply, market new and renewal accounts, and build relationships with clients and carriers.
