The Insurance Associate will assist with various tasks related to insurance policies, including client support and administrative duties.

As a Client Account Executive, you will build client relationships, manage accounts, develop service plans, and handle renewals, ensuring timely communication and service support.

Serve as lead consultant for defined contribution clients ($25M–$500M), advising on investments, plan design, vendor management, fiduciary governance, RFPs, transitions, client presentations, business development, and employee engagement while ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

Lead the COBRA Benefits Team managing an important service function: oversee operations, train and lead staff, maintain strong client relationships, ensure service quality, use MS Office/Adobe tools, and travel occasionally overnight.

Provide risk control consulting services to assigned commercial clients, support producers in business acquisition and retention, assess and communicate risks, apply industry standards, travel regularly within assigned territory, collaborate with internal teams, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Lead regional strategic initiatives and PMO activities across Europe: plan and execute high‑priority programmes, enable executive governance, simplify processes, drive AI adoption, manage stakeholders and communications, and strengthen the Business Impact Team to deliver measurable outcomes.
