Collaborate across teams, apply prompt engineering, RAG, retrieval and embedding pipelines, agent patterns, and establish best practices, monitoring, and reusable tools to improve reliability and business impact.

Lead client relationships for voluntary benefits, maintain and expand a book of mid-to-large clients, develop sales and retention strategies, create customized recommendations, resolve escalations, and represent Mercer at industry events while collaborating across internal teams.

Oversee assigned commercial insurance accounts to drive retention and new business. Provide technical advice, market insights, cross-sell services, collaborate with Producers, mentor team members, and ensure client satisfaction and profitable account management.

Lead analytical FP&A projects, build financial models, produce presentations for senior leadership and the Board, perform competitor and macroeconomic analyses, support consolidations and earnings deliverables, and assist budgeting and long-term forecasting.

Provide account management and client service for a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance clients. Manage renewals, invoicing, quotes, cross-sell/upsell, and client queries. Build insurer relationships, meet service standards, and complete training toward insurance qualifications.
