Develops instructional frameworks, assessment items, content specifications, quality standards, and grade-band differentiation. Provides feedback and upskills learning designers, partners with product and editorial teams, and contributes to AI-assisted content workflows through prompt design, output evaluation, and quality rubrics. Requires strong assessment writing, curriculum expertise, standards knowledge, initiative leadership, and experience designing for multilingual learners.

Lead executive leadership team enablement by designing AI-enabled operating systems, meeting rhythms, decision processes, communication structures, and follow-up mechanisms. Facilitate executive meetings, manage the operating calendar, coordinate board materials, prepare the CEO for external engagements, identify cross-functional blockers, and improve OKR adoption and strategic execution.
