Leads global legal operations and innovation initiatives, including legal technology administration, Ironclad expansion, AI adoption, process automation, knowledge management, reporting, and scalable operating model development. Partners with legal and business stakeholders on cross-functional projects, drives global change adoption, and manages legal operations resources.
