Manage a global team and partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on international hiring, relocation, workforce mobility, market entry, and organizational change. Modernize programs through technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, dashboards, governance metrics, and continuous improvement while balancing employee experience, scalability, risk, and business objectives.

Manage end-to-end API integration and certification projects for Expedia’s connectivity partners. Guide partners through development, testing, troubleshooting, and API launches; maintain lodging data integrity and integration quality within SLAs. Coordinate with integration engineers, product, technical support, and relationship managers. Lead certification testing, report progress, answer technical inquiries, investigate logs, escalate system issues, and help establish integration processes and standards.

Lead monthly and quarterly revenue accounting close activities for Vrbo’s eCommerce Merchant business. Responsibilities include revenue recognition, reconciliations, journal entries, GAAP and SOX compliance, variance analysis, process automation, accounting system implementations, product release testing, and audit support. The role partners with Sales, FP&A, Product, Legal, Tax, Technology, and external auditors to resolve revenue-related issues and improve reporting accuracy.

Troubleshoot logs and testing results, escalate system issues, develop integration processes, and help establish standards for connectivity transactions.
