The Vice President, Revenue will drive revenue initiatives, manage relationships with commercial partners, and oversee a team to achieve financial goals, emphasizing data analysis and strategic planning.

Develop and execute catalog marketing plans for actively signed artists, manage timelines and cross-team coordination, run digital and ecommerce campaigns, leverage data and DSP/CRM insights to drive audience growth and revenue, and support product/commercial planning tied to releases, tours, and cultural moments.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership teams: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, process expenses and invoices, track budgets and campaign documents, prepare meeting materials, and assist with events and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and cross-team collaboration.

Support the Chief Strategy Officer and Collective team by coordinating cross-functional marketing and creator campaigns, managing timelines, assets, budgets, and reporting, preparing executive presentations, organizing project trackers, liaising with stakeholders, and researching digital/creator trends to drive integrated fan engagement and merchandise activations.

Provide administrative and marketing support to the Urban Marketing team: assist product managers executing marketing plans, manage budgets and invoices, coordinate art/video requests and shipping, create one-sheets/timelines/quote sheets, collect artist assets, schedule meetings, route vendor contracts, and perform general office tasks.

Operate and support global infrastructure: troubleshoot servers and cloud systems, monitor alerts, manage incidents, maintain backups and DR, document processes, automate routine tasks, participate in on-call/shift rotation, and collaborate with vendors and global IT teams to ensure service reliability.

Support senior marketing team members across a large artist roster: create and distribute marketing materials, compile and share consumption/social/radio data, produce one-sheets and ad assets, attend and recap meetings, manage calendars, travel and expenses, vendor payments, and attend artist events while learning campaign execution.

Support marketing budgets for two labels: create POs, process invoices and payments in Uniport, set up vendors, reconcile budgets in Uniport and SAP, perform month-end tasks, and produce budget reports while interfacing with label teams and vendors.

Lead creator and influencer strategy across Republic Collective labels, building campaign plans, KPIs, and benchmarks. Manage creator relationships and partnerships, analyze performance and trends, optimize spend and ROI, negotiate high-level deals, and integrate creator activations into broader marketing plans across cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end social-first creative for artist campaigns: develop concepts and storyboards, plan and direct shoots, capture live and behind-the-scenes content, oversee post-production, manage budgets/vendors, and collaborate with marketing, A&R, and artist teams to deliver platform-optimized storytelling and repeatable content formats.
