Lead motion design across campaigns, e-commerce, content, and digital products. Define motion systems, standards, and animation principles; create high-quality motion assets; collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, developers, and production teams; mentor designers; research emerging tools and technologies to evolve motion capabilities and integrate motion into creative workflows.

Lead social listening and fan sentiment analysis for Mexican music artists; build and grow fan communities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit; develop content and acquisition strategies, VIP experiences, and customer journeys; collaborate with marketing, A&R, e-commerce, and management to drive sustainable fan growth and engagement.

Design and optimize D2C e-commerce stores for artists: create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with developers, merchandisers, and marketing to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, conversion optimization, accessibility, and responsive design across landing pages, product pages, checkout, and campaign microsites.

Coordinate and manage photo, video, and art production workflows: asset trafficking, approvals, distribution, archiving, vendor payments, contract adaptation, talent sourcing, scheduling, and administrative support across an artist roster under tight deadlines.

Lead strategy and execution for digital commercial partnerships with DSPs to drive streaming growth, revenue, and engagement. Own partner relationships, GTM campaigns, analytics-driven performance optimization, cross-functional alignment, content delivery accuracy, and scalable operational processes. Present insights to executives and troubleshoot platform or metadata issues.
