Leads centralized controllership and record-to-report activities, including month-end close, general ledger, account reconciliations, journal entries, estimates, reserves, and financial reporting. Oversees accounts payable governance, treasury support, audits, SOX controls, tax processes, and audit readiness. Partners with finance, shared services, and outsourced teams while supervising accounting staff and driving system implementations, process improvements, and special projects.

Analyzes contracts, pricing, GPO opportunities, rebates, chargebacks, and negative gross-profit transactions to identify profit improvements and correct pricing issues. Compiles, audits, and distributes operational reports to management, suppliers, and contracts teams. Collaborates with sales representatives and suppliers on tier activations and contract verification. Supports special projects, TSM training, and occasional team supervision.

Leads brand and specialty pharmaceutical category management, including supplier relationships, marketing and sales planning, pricing, profitability, product launches, distribution negotiations, SKU optimization, and product content. Analyzes category performance and financial metrics, develops growth strategies, oversees channel marketing, and mentors category management staff. Requires strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills, with limited travel under 10%.

The extern will perform various tasks related to their military occupation specialty and education, including research, project support, data collection, and presentations.

Drives pharmaceutical sales across an assigned territory by developing sales plans, meeting revenue goals, building customer relationships, conducting product presentations, negotiating orders, and identifying new business. Collaborates with internal sales and marketing teams, provides pharmaceutical training, analyzes territory and competitive data, prepares proposals and business reviews, and attends customer meetings and industry events. The role requires approximately 25% travel.

Owns regional Record-to-Report service delivery across accounting close, reconciliations, journals, controls, SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, vendor coordination, escalations, and process improvement. The role aligns regional execution with global standards, manages outsourced and retained teams, supports transitions into GBS, and partners with finance leadership across multiple countries and entities.

Design, build, and maintain secure systems and architectures; develop security standards; perform risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response; implement identity and access management and encryption; ensure compliance; collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams; research and advocate security technologies and controls.

Sell CLIA-waived and moderate-complexity diagnostic solutions to physician-owned labs, urgent cares, and specialty practices. Drive consumables and instrument placements, promote reagent rental agreements, provide consultative support on CLIA compliance, reimbursement, workflow optimization, and coordinate cross-functional account strategies. Territory covers Ohio and western Pennsylvania with heavy travel.

Handle high-volume inbound calls and live chat to process orders, answer product questions, resolve complaints, and recommend cross-sell/up-sell and promotions. Coordinate returns, reorders, pricing exceptions, and escalate issues to management. Maintain product knowledge, complete compliance training, and support internal teams on special projects.
