The Emerging Payments Product Portfolio Manager leads strategy for credit and debit products, driving growth and optimizing performance through data analysis, marketing plans, and stakeholder collaboration.

Provide day-to-day client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers, handling account documentation, onboarding, loan paperwork, account monitoring, and coordinating with underwriting, compliance, and operations while using platforms like nCino and Salesforce.

Perform credit risk analysis and accounting for credit losses, forecast and compute the Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL), support model development and monitoring, prepare journal entries and reporting for SEC/regulatory/executive packages, collaborate with risk and business teams, and respond to audits and regulatory inquiries.

Lead process discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to build process-based automation using IBM BAW and web technologies. Develop solution documentation, manage development efforts, implement ASP.NET/SharePoint web solutions, support production, and follow Agile methodology within a banking operations context.

Evaluate, underwrite, and manage commercial real estate loan applications and portfolios. Perform credit analysis, due diligence, documentation review, construction draw oversight, risk-rating, renewals, and periodic portfolio reviews. Collaborate with CRE bankers and underwriters to structure transactions, monitor compliance, resolve exceptions, and ensure regulatory adherence while safeguarding customer information and supporting business delivery.

Review appraisals, flood determinations, and insurance policies for loans to ensure compliance with federal regulations (NFIP, HMDA, CRA) and internal policies; reconcile discrepancies, collaborate with lenders/agents/appraisers, compile audit documentation, and maintain metrics and procedural documentation.

Manage the design, development, and marketing of payment card products. Evaluate products for profitability and competitive positioning, ensuring compliance with regulations. Supervise junior product managers and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

Develop and execute the bank’s operational risk management framework, overseeing risk assessments, events, losses, metrics, issues, remediation, committees, regulatory alignment, and new activities. Partner with senior management, support risk-related projects, develop policies and training, strengthen risk culture, and communicate complex risk information to diverse stakeholders.

Provide technical direction and support for designing, programming, and implementing complex business systems. Analyze system requirements, develop and document programs, guide junior staff, consult with internal clients, evaluate technologies, and deliver solutions across specialties including web, core banking, electronic delivery, data architecture, and BI.

Processes incoming and outgoing ACH and wire transactions, performs balancing and reconciliation, handles exceptions, verifies transfers, maintains customer documentation, researches payment activity, and escalates irregularities. The role supports compliance with payment regulations, assists with ACH customer setup updates, and provides backup across payment operations functions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
