Supports Cytiva’s North America NDA program by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on standardized agreements, including NDAs and MTAs. Maintains legal templates, policies, fallback positions, user guides, and operational resources. Supports value analysis and value engineering cost-improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. Assists with supplier project plans, cross-functional coordination, VAVE workshops, Kaizen activities, Should-Cost models, product teardowns, competitive benchmarking, project tracking, and prioritization of high-impact opportunities. Collaborates with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, suppliers, and Product Planning to reduce costs and improve product value.

Supports value analysis and value engineering cost-improvement initiatives across Aldevron. Responsibilities include developing supplier project plans, coordinating with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance, supporting VAVE workshops and Kaizens, building should-cost models, conducting product teardowns and competitive benchmarking, and tracking savings initiatives. The intern also helps prioritize projects and allocate resources with Product Planning.

Processes purchase orders and handles customer inquiries by phone and email. Reviews orders, proposals, and sales agreements; performs accurate data entry; researches and resolves customer concerns; documents complaints; responds to shipment, billing, and basic product questions; prepares customer-related reports; and collaborates with the customer service team to meet performance targets.
