Develop and maintain software deployment, licensing, installation, manufacturing-support, and release systems for software-enabled life science instruments. The UFM Cross-Portfolio Project Leader drives cross-functional collaboration and decision-making, ensuring product management alignment and execution discipline for portfolio initiatives.

Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting operational machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency in production processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Sell and grow Molecular Devices' bioresearch product portfolio (instrumentation, software, services) across assigned territory. Build customer relationships, prospect new accounts, perform technical demos/installations/training, maintain SFDC and forecasts, execute lead generation, work with distribution partners, and travel up to 50% to meet revenue targets.

Manage and grow assigned global semiconductor customer accounts by implementing account strategies, driving orders and shipments, coordinating cross-functional resources, maintaining customer profiles/SWOTs, monitoring competitors, and identifying unmet needs and new product opportunities. Achieve growth targets within allocated SG&A and support commercial negotiations.
