The role translates complex SaaS, AI, API, data, and automation capabilities into customer value, partners cross-functionally on product and commercial strategy, leads customer and market research, supports demand generation, and measures pipeline, adoption, expansion, and revenue impact.

Leads a global platform engineering team and owns the strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap for Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft 365 E5 platforms. Designs integrations and automation across identity, HRIS, ITSM, and business systems; improves self-service and support outcomes; and establishes security, access governance, AI adoption, reliability, compliance, and continuity standards.
