Coordinate and document project and service requests across sales, operations, and customers. Manage walkthroughs, planning calls, proposals, orders, timelines, change orders, cost consolidation, and closeouts while ensuring clear communication and client expectations.

Support the Operations Manager in running a local logistics operation: recruit and develop staff and contractors, enforce policies, manage vendor negotiations, assist budgeting and P&L review, monitor KPIs and quality scores, conduct training, maintain contractor records and licensing, ensure compliance and safety, and drive process improvements.

Manage driver fleet quality and final-mile service: perform site visits for claims and meet trucks, negotiate settlements, organize repairs, train and onboard independent contractors, monitor deliveries and performance, assist with escalations and customer relations.

Manage sales order fulfillment from entry through close-out: prepare quotes and orders, coordinate with manufacturers/vendors, track deliveries, handle invoicing, punch lists, claims, and provide high-level customer service and sales support.

Establish and maintain the PMO framework for Contract Logistics projects. Lead project intake, planning, execution, risk management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain PMO tools and reporting, and provide status and recommendations to leadership. Manage and develop PMO staff, allocate resources, and resolve escalated project issues.

Manage day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, oversee freight movement, KPIs, cost control, budgeting, vendor strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet service and productivity goals.
