Leads the architecture, governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of Presidio’s ServiceNow platform in a complex managed-services environment. Owns architectural roadmaps, domain separation, integrations, ITSM and ITOM capabilities, customization reduction, upgrade readiness, and technical standards. The role requires partner engagement, services-led selling, cybersecurity and observability knowledge, and 35–50% regional travel.

Leads client-facing Azure solution architecture and technical pre-sales engagements, including cloud migration, modernization, security, IAM, infrastructure as code, cost modeling, proposals, RFPs, and statements of work. Manages solution design standards, stakeholder approvals, workshops, and handoffs to delivery while guiding team expertise and ensuring commercially sound, high-quality technical solutions.

Leads and scales Presidio’s cybersecurity consulting organization across governance, security architecture, and offensive security. Owns revenue, margins, utilization, backlog, capacity, delivery quality, workforce planning, subcontractor strategy, and service portfolio development. Leads managers and senior consultants, develops repeatable methodologies, oversees strategic client engagements, and partners with Sales and executive stakeholders. Requires extensive cybersecurity consulting leadership, financial accountability, multidisciplinary practice management, and executive communication. Travel up to 30% is required.

Leads product marketing strategy and delivery for enterprise technology portfolios spanning security, networking, AI, and intelligent operations. Develops messaging, value propositions, solution briefs, sales enablement materials, executive presentations, and other marketing assets. Coordinates design partners, program managers, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule. Partners with product management, sales, solution architects, subject matter experts, creative teams, and executives to increase delivery capacity and operational efficiency.

Designs cross-practice enterprise AI architectures spanning compute, networking, storage, cloud, cybersecurity, data, applications, governance, and managed services. Applies TOGAF ADM to create architecture deliverables, technology roadmaps, statements of work, and implementation governance. Collaborates with consulting, sales, presales, engineering, partners, and executive clients to translate business outcomes into scalable AI solutions. Requires expertise in AI infrastructure, agentic AI, MLOps, data platforms, and enterprise architecture, with substantial territory and national travel.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, drive quota-achieving sales, identify new business, and sell cloud and professional services solutions. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, forecast revenue, track account health, and coordinate solution delivery with technical teams and technology partners including AWS, Microsoft, and Cisco. Regularly travel for customer meetings and communicate complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.

Designs end-to-end AI solutions aligned with customer outcomes and Presidio capabilities. Partners with sales, engineering, product, and customers on discovery, proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, architectural reviews, and technical feasibility. Creates solution diagrams, reference architectures, and technical documentation; advises customers and supports adoption. The role also mentors junior technical staff, contributes to architecture best practices, and stays current on AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, and modern application architectures.

Deploys, supports, and improves Managed Services Gateways across cloud and virtualization platforms. Administers Linux, Kubernetes (Rancher), VMware/Hyper-V, networking and firewalls; automates workflows; triages escalations; documents runbooks; coordinates with clients and teams; participates in on-call and lifecycle/security initiatives.
