Develops and improves manufacturing processes, automation, robotics, controls, plant electrical systems, and production equipment. Coordinates new product launches, supports testing and maintenance, creates process layouts, evaluates tooling and machinery, applies lean and statistical methods, and leads cross-functional engineering projects focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction.

Design and implement test procedures and automated regression tests for elevator controller software. Manage software builds, release pipelines, and automation scripts. Provide Tier II support and training, coordinate engineering changes (ECOs), and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure product quality and successful releases.

Support and sustain existing elevator electronic products: resolve field and production/vendor issues, write ECOs, approve end-of-life component changes, redesign/test/debug circuitry, review and approve PCB layouts, perform root cause analysis, and produce test plans and reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Design and analyze mechanical and electromechanical products and systems for rotating equipment and generators. Perform calculations, FEA, create manufacturable 3D models and drawings, develop BOMs, support testing and production, evaluate field installations, and communicate technical results with customers and cross-functional teams under supervision.
