Partners with finance, sales leadership, compensation, rewards, and systems teams on annual planning, commission expense, performance insights, and process improvements. Drives standardization, automation, and global COE capabilities while leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals.

Leads multidisciplinary R&D engineering teams developing and commercializing complex software-based electromechanical medical devices. Responsibilities include requirements management, system development, risk control, technical trade-off decisions, project execution, lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, scheduling, and product launch support. The role works onsite at least four days per week and requires less than 10% travel.

Leads cross-functional medical device product development and lifecycle programs within the Interventional Cardiology Therapies PMO. Responsibilities include program planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource forecasting, risk and issue management, KPI tracking, stakeholder alignment, leadership communications, governance, and compliance with design controls, quality systems, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as a subject matter expert in Medtronic’s Product Development Process and drives execution across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations.

Leads human factors engineering and user experience activities for cardiac ablation medical devices. Conducts field research, task analysis, usability evaluations, risk assessments, design validation, and human subjects research. Develops user requirements, interfaces, prototypes, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory documentation while collaborating with product, engineering, quality, manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory teams. Provides human-centered design guidance and may lead small teams supporting product lifecycle and post-launch outcomes.
