Manage a sales territory for Deep Brain Stimulation devices: develop implanting centers and referral networks, sell to physicians/institutions/payors, provide technical and clinical support, own account-level reimbursement, coordinate support activities and distribution partnerships, and track territory sales and business trends.

Lead global category management for ~$250M in R&D Services spend. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, run RFx and negotiations, improve supplier management, drive cost, quality, service, and innovation improvements, and partner cross-functionally to implement procurement processes and governance.

Develop and implement Lean transformation initiatives, coordinate projects, and facilitate Kaizen events to drive operational excellence using Six Sigma methodologies.
