Lead export and sanctions legal counsel for Medtronic’s global trade compliance program. Advise on EAR, OFAC sanctions, export controls, restricted-party screening, anti-boycott requirements, licensing, audits, investigations, litigation, M&A due diligence, and voluntary disclosures. Develop compliance policies, interpret regulatory changes, mitigate cross-business risks, support training, and partner with legal, supply chain, compliance, and business teams globally.

Build and deploy finance-focused data, analytics, automation, and AI solutions. Partner with FP&A and other Finance teams to identify high-value problems, develop prototypes, create analytical models and dashboards, and apply GenAI, machine learning, APIs, and workflow automation. Scale successful solutions into secure enterprise capabilities while supporting forecasting, planning, reporting, variance analysis, and decision support.

Serves as a finance business partner to Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory leadership. Leads financial planning, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reviews. Provides insights for resource allocation, investment decisions, and operational performance while supporting senior leadership reporting. Partners with Finance, Accounting, and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, automation, and financial visibility.
