Develops and validates advanced finite element and computational models for neurovascular medical devices. Responsibilities include solid and continuum mechanics, nonlinear materials, contact, fatigue, deployment, durability, device-tissue interaction, anatomy segmentation, and uncertainty quantification. The role analyzes financial performance, sales, spending, and headcount metrics; coordinates planning calendars and deliverables; supports OneStream reporting; and provides insights for leadership decisions and process improvements. It requires at least a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0+ years.

Leads business process and systems strategy for acquisitions, carve-outs, separations, and divestitures across the full transaction lifecycle. Translates diligence findings into target and interim-state roadmaps, integration decisions, migration strategies, risks, dependencies, and business readiness plans. Leads electrical engineering for a next-generation RF ablation generator, covering architecture, circuit card design, fabrication, verification, validation, characterization, integration, and lifecycle support. Owns electrical systems requirements, risk management, quality compliance, workstream execution, scrum facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, project planning, design reviews, manufacturing transfer support, and regulatory compliance guidance for medical-device development.

Supports SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and enterprise identity governance processes, including provisioning, access certifications, role and entitlement management, application onboarding, and compliance controls. Collaborates with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams to troubleshoot identity issues, document requirements, implement corrective actions, and align IAM processes with security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations. Also assists with testing, milestone tracking, implementation planning, and dependency management.
