Supports FP&A activities for Medtronic’s Cardiovascular portfolio, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, performance analysis, executive presentations, and cost-center reporting. Partners with finance and business leaders to identify risks and opportunities, improve OneStream reporting processes, coordinate financial calendars, and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives. The role is onsite at least four days per week.

Deploys and integrates manufacturing equipment, machine vision systems, PLCs, MES platforms, and operational technology into Medtronic’s AMI ecosystem. Configures data collection, image acquisition, metadata pipelines, Ignition systems, and industrial connectivity. Troubleshoots hardware, software, networking, and data-flow issues; supports commissioning and validation across manufacturing sites. Develops reusable integration patterns, deployment documentation, and automation approaches while coaching site engineers and collaborating with computer vision and platform engineering teams.

Supports Medtronic’s external financial reporting, regulatory filings, statutory reporting, financial statement preparation, disclosures, audits, and reporting analyses. Partners with finance, legal, tax, treasury, investor relations, and other stakeholders to validate financial information and ensure compliant, timely reporting. Researches accounting requirements, prepares executive materials, and leads process improvement initiatives involving reporting efficiency, controls, policies, and financial analysis.

Supports commercial FP&A through revenue forecasting, financial planning, scenario modeling, profitability analysis, performance reporting, and month-end and quarter-close activities. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and business drivers, translating financial information into executive recommendations. Develops financial models, business cases, presentations, and decision-support materials while leading process automation, standardization, documentation, and continuous-improvement initiatives across the organization.

The Senior Product Security Engineer integrates cybersecurity throughout connected medical device lifecycles. Responsibilities include threat modeling, risk assessments, secure architecture design, vulnerability and penetration testing, regulatory compliance, supplier security reviews, incident response, and security documentation. The role partners with engineering, quality, regulatory, and product teams; contributes to security strategy; mentors junior engineers; and supports postmarket investigations and mitigation activities.

Leads phased integration of Medtronic’s Interventional Cardiology Therapies portfolio while protecting therapy-area execution. Develops integration strategy, future-state operating models, governance, decision rights, and cross-functional alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing, quality, finance, and HR. Establishes and leads the integration PMO, manages milestones, dependencies, risks, leadership communications, and operating reviews, and advances targeted opportunities supporting long-term portfolio integration.

Leads the design, programming, integration, validation, and lifecycle support of automated manufacturing equipment and test systems. Defines controls architecture and equipment requirements, oversees suppliers, conducts acceptance testing and qualification, troubleshoots PLC/HMI and vision systems, ensures OSHA and ANSI compliance, and drives improvements in reliability, throughput, process capability, and quality within a regulated medical-device manufacturing environment.

Tests medical-device systems software through manual and automated test plans, functional and performance testing, workflow analysis, defect diagnosis, configuration management, and documentation. Collaborates with engineering and quality teams to verify technical and regulatory requirements, improve product quality, and maintain test automation frameworks and reusable libraries.

Develop and maintain SysML-based system and software architecture models for a medical-device mapping and ablation system. Apply MBSE to connect system functions with software, hardware, APIs, schemas, modules, and firmware. Define interfaces, requirements, allocations, and bidirectional V-model traceability. Support risk analysis, including FMEA, and improve MBSE processes and trace automation while following regulated medical-device development standards.

Supports sustaining engineering for released medical stapling products. Evaluates product and process changes, develops design and test documentation, investigates complaints and technical issues, performs root-cause analysis, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, regulatory teams, and suppliers. The role applies design controls, risk analysis, verification and validation, regulatory standards, and project documentation to maintain product performance, quality, compliance, manufacturability, and supply continuity.
