Supports non-traditional franchise growth through opportunity analysis, market and financial evaluation, pipeline management, lead qualification, prospect outreach, Salesforce data upkeep, reporting, and development project coordination. Builds business cases, dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations while partnering with franchisees, concessionaires, internal departments, and external stakeholders to advance opportunities from identification through execution.

Manages a portfolio of Dunkin’ franchisees by setting performance goals, analyzing business data, coaching operators, and driving sales, profitability, growth, and brand consistency. Facilitates business reviews and planning, supports remodels and new store openings, coordinates training and marketing initiatives, evaluates restaurants, and ensures administrative and expense-management requirements are met. Requires restaurant operations expertise, strong relationship-building, strategic coaching, financial acumen, and travel based on portfolio needs.
