This critical role is charged with helping Dunkin’ build sustainable, profitable growth in new and emerging markets and establish the brand as a stronger growth player outside of core markets. As Dunkin’ expands its footprint in priority markets, the Franchisee Growth Consultant (FGC) will serve as the field execution leader for the Emerging Markets support model, helping franchisees strengthen local execution, improve readiness, create market-level demand, and blunt competitive expansion from other beverage and QSR players. With a focus on building strong foundational network systems and restaurant operations, this role works closely with field partners across Training, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to support a unified franchisee and brand growth strategy. The position helps franchisees build the capabilities required to scale, with a focus on creating and capturing demand, improving operational readiness, and accelerating profitable growth and market maturity through a high-touch support model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Franchisee Growth Leadership: Facilitate annual growth planning, maintain frequent structured touchpoints, drive accountability, and translate growth plans into execution.
- Emerging Market Development: Support focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution and new unit growth readiness.
- Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Strong partnership with Field Marketing in all aspects of the development & execution of Local and Hyperlocal store marketing initiatives and plans.
- Grand Opening Commitments: In partnership with Field Marketing, ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for loud and proud entry into communities.
- Training & Organizational Capability: Act as an extension of Field Training and NRO teams, support leadership development, onboarding, succession planning and organizational readiness.
- Operational Growth Enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.
- Cross Functional Leadership: Serve as the anchor and connection point of the critical tripod relationship between Franchisee, Marketing, & Real Estate.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing. Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
Strategic growth planning, franchisee coaching, cross-functional leadership, analytics, business acumen, communication, influence without authority and market development expertise.

SUCCESS MEASURES
Success will be measured by AWS growth, transaction growth, development readiness, market penetration progress, new store performance, and franchisee accountability against required commitments.
