Lead and run 10-20 growth experiments per quarter from hypothesis to analysis to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion. Use product analytics and customer insights to define metrics, validate ideas, and recommend roadmap changes while partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and analytics.

Build and scale signal-driven GTM systems: design automation and AI workflows for account identification, enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and orchestration to drive outbound, ABM, and revenue generation. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Success to run experiments, implement agent-assisted automation, and measure outcomes.
