Lead sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting for capital projects. Partner with engineering and project teams, manage RFPs, supplier performance, and compliance. Drive cost, schedule, quality trade-offs, supplier relationship management, market analysis, and resolution of supplier/stakeholder issues to support successful project delivery.

Lead sourcing and category strategies for assigned commodities, conduct market analysis, manage supplier selection and contracts, drive cost savings and process improvements, maintain procurement master data, and partner cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity and performance through analytics and reporting.

Perform complex financial analysis and reporting for assigned plant business areas. Act as a finance business partner to support forecasting, planning, month/quarter close, and strategic initiatives. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation; coordinate vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners; ensure USDA/FDA and company compliance; monitor progress and implement corrective actions; and support projects exceeding $1M while managing stakeholder communication and continuous improvement.

Lead and grow a team managing cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, ERP security, third-party risk, ITGC/SOX audit readiness, and security awareness. Drive policies, risk assessments, remediation, access governance (SAP/IAM), executive reporting, and program maturity across the enterprise while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead development and execution of automation, electrical, and instrumentation projects. Provide daily automation support, troubleshooting, and training. Align IT/OT infrastructure with standards, support obsolescence planning, ensure electrical safety compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable manufacturing processes.

Lead S&OP forecast consensus and translate into an 18-month operational forecast. Improve forecast accuracy, support promotions and new product launches, analyze trends and risks, present insights, and drive cross-functional alignment to enable plan delivery and continuous improvement of forecasting processes and tools.
