Supports the Poland Patriot program through cost and schedule integration, manpower forecasting, budget changes, latest revised estimates, estimates at completion, and government financial reporting. Maintains earned value management processes, prepares performance and staffing reports, performs variance analysis, and ensures EVMS compliance. Collaborates with program management, operations, engineering, supply chain, and international partners while using financial and program management tools to support execution and reporting.

Manages contracts and proposals throughout the acquisition lifecycle for hypersonic weapons programs. Responsibilities include contract administration, negotiation, customer correspondence, resolving contractual issues, drafting business letters, advising management on contractual risks and obligations, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Support DCAA and DCMA audits, ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, TINA, and company procedures, and implement proposal-process improvements.

Reviews government, commercial, and foreign contracts to identify invoice payment factors; reconciles payment discrepancies and over- or underpayments; coordinates with internal teams, customers, government personnel, and payment offices to resolve issues and accelerate collections. Communicates through phone, email, and customer portals, while participating in OTC process improvement, harmonization, and team-building initiatives.

Support aerospace and defense program financial controls, including forecasting, EAC and LRE development, earned value reporting, variance analysis, invoicing, funding analysis, budget changes, work authorization, and financial reviews. Coordinate financial activities with program management and functional stakeholders while supporting program startup, implementation, reporting, and process improvement.

Leads financial management for a portfolio of strategic European Patriot programs, including P&L ownership, financial controls, forecasting, quarterly EACs, revenue recognition, proposals, contracts, and performance reporting. Partners with program and functional leaders, manages and develops a 10–20-person finance team, drives financial performance and risk management, and communicates financial insights to senior leadership and international stakeholders.

Provides financial analysis and program cost control support for a defense development program. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly reporting, earned value management, financial forecasting, EAC and LRE development, variance analysis, CDRL coordination, EVMS compliance, baseline change requests, schedule work authorizations, and external IPMDAR reporting. Partners with program managers and stakeholders while supporting leadership reviews and ad hoc program controls activities.

Partners with operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and consistent HR practices. Coaches managers on performance, talent development, workplace standards, and employee relations; supports compensation, talent acquisition, and performance processes; ensures policy compliance; develops training and communications strategies; and investigates employee relations and ethics cases.

Designs, tests, implements, debugs, and supports SAP SLP/MDG ABAP applications. Partners with functional teams on technical specifications, estimates, design reviews, testing, documentation, upgrades, change control, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis. Provides advanced troubleshooting, on-call support, vendor coordination, and technical leadership for SAP systems and development projects while following organizational standards and methodologies.

Leads manufacturing finance for the Andover factory, managing finance analysts and ensuring accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting. Analyzes operational, financial, and program metrics; identifies trends and performance drivers; supports cost commitments; and recommends solutions. Builds executive presentations, drives analytical capability and accountability, leads change management, develops team members, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.
