The Senior ISSO monitors and assesses information-system compliance, conducts audits and technical assessments, develops security plans and documentation, investigates security violations, reviews configuration-management requests, delivers security awareness training, and implements cybersecurity processes and tools. Oversee global trade compliance for aerospace sites, including export and import classification, licensing, documentation, audits, investigations, risk mitigation, corrective actions, compliance metrics, recordkeeping, and regulatory training. Advise cross-functional teams on trade requirements and report compliance trends and risks to leadership while supporting operational goals.

Leads finance for the Next Generation Jammer program, managing operations and supply chain financial analysts. Oversees labor and material analysis, EACs, LREs, EVMS reporting, financial performance monitoring, process improvements, change management, compliance, executive presentations, and cross-functional financial guidance. Develops a geographically dispersed team and supports program decision-making through consolidated financial insights, risk identification, and performance recommendations.

Owns product vision, backlog, prioritization, and delivery for enterprise technology products. Partners with business, digital technology, architecture, and program teams to translate business challenges into technology solutions. Guides Agile and DevSecOps development, monitors product performance, supports the full product lifecycle, conducts market and user research, and drives data-informed decisions. The role requires strong technical, analytical, business, and stakeholder-management skills, with moderate domestic and international travel.

Owns enterprise data architecture for Raytheon’s SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation. Designs canonical data models, integration patterns, bridge reporting, semantic layers, and cross-system analytics for finance, supply chain, and other domains. Guides SAP Analytics Cloud, Snowflake, Business Data Cloud, and BODS solutions; establishes governance, standards, lineage, and observability. Creates TOGAF-aligned architecture artifacts, reviews delivery solutions, and coaches technical teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
