Manage financial execution of R&D and government-funded programs, including EVMS, FP&A, invoicing, and compliance. Analyze spending, prepare government reports, present program performance to senior leadership, support budgeting cycles (LRP/AOP/MOR), enable Power BI and automated workflows, participate in audits, and perform ad hoc financial analyses to improve forecast accuracy and program performance.

Develop integrated master schedules, monitor performance using EVM, reconcile cost and schedule with cost analysts, resolve critical path issues, coordinate across PM, engineering, finance and operations, and ensure compliance with DCMA/DI-MGMT scheduling guidance. Prepare reporting and present schedule status to stakeholders.

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions. Translate business requirements, integrate QM with core SAP modules, run workshops, support testing/UAT and post-go-live stabilization, troubleshoot processes, and guide project teams and business users across global manufacturing.

Lead design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management solutions. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure MM processes, integrate with other SAP modules, troubleshoot production issues, develop documentation and training, and mentor team members across full lifecycle implementations.

Manage contract lifecycle for DoD programs including proposal preparation, administration, negotiations, and closeout. Resolve contractual issues, draft complex correspondence, advise management on contractual rights/risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with customers, and support program performance. Requires periodic domestic travel (15-20%).

Lead and oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, vendor management, month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, reporting, audit support, process improvements, team management, and system implementations to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance.

Lead global ERP/CRM/SAP digital transformation programs, owning integrated plans, budgets, risks, governance, vendor and global delivery. Manage technical implementations (integrations, data migration, testing, cutover), stakeholder and executive engagement, Agile/SAFe delivery, and organizational change to achieve strategic business outcomes.
