Supports Earned Value Management System implementation and project management processes for military engine programs. Performs budgeting, scheduling, variance, risk, and what-if analyses; supports Estimate-at-Complete reviews and program reviews; and assists with compliance reviews and audits. Manages financial planning, cost control, schedules, earned value management, forecasts, performance baselines, and Estimates at Complete for aerospace development programs. Analyzes cost and schedule trends, reconciles accounting and project data, supports month-end reporting, program reviews, proposals, audits, customer submissions, and corrective actions. Collaborates with program management, engineering, contracts, finance, operations, government auditors, and external customers. Travel up to 10% is required.

Performs critical-path, driving-path, schedule-risk, forecasting, and cost-schedule reconciliation analyses. Supports proposals, program reviews, EACs, IPMDAR reporting, compliance audits, and EVMS implementation. Provides schedule reports, identifies execution risks, and recommends mitigation actions. The role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with up to 10% travel and interaction across program management, engineering, finance, contracts, operations, leadership, and customers.

Leads financial management for aerospace production programs, including forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, cost control, EAC, risk and opportunity tracking, investment planning, AOP, and LRP. Manages a team of finance professionals, coordinates with program and cross-functional stakeholders, presents financial results to leadership, and ensures compliance with financial policies and reporting requirements.

Support program cost control and earned value management: develop EACs/LREs, perform detailed EV and financial analysis, prepare forecasts, monitor costs, document variances, and drive cost/schedule predictability using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX tools.

Provide onsite HPC system administration in a mixed Windows and RHEL environment: troubleshoot and integrate HPC hardware/software, perform OS tuning, support batch schedulers and monitoring tools, maintain security compliance, document and train staff, and mentor junior team members.
