Serve as the CGO FP&A lead interfacing with program finance and functional partners to manage investment tracking, monthly forecasts, long-range planning, accounting treatment, and reporting for munitions programs. Support senior leadership presentations, capital request submissions, and drive process improvements and automation across CGO financial processes.

Lead and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and compliance across programs. Prepare teams for EVM events (IBR, surveillance), train front-line leaders, review RFP/RFQ EVM requirements, assess EVM artifacts for DID/CDRL compliance, provide feedback and tools, collaborate with program and enterprise EVM teams, and mentor program staff to improve EVM maturity and processes.

Lead Earned Value Management and program cost analysis for a major defense contract. Perform CAM reviews, update monthly performance metrics, reconcile EV data with accounting, craft variance explanations, manage baseline change requests, track funding impacts, prepare quarterly and annual EAC presentations, support internal and external earned value surveillance, and assess rate change effects. Onsite in Largo, FL; travel up to 10%.

Lead FP&A for Columbus Forge Blades: manage financial close and forecasting, analyze operating expenses and inventory, drive cost-reduction and OpX projects, support capital tracking, enforce controls and compliance, communicate results to leadership, and mentor junior staff while partnering cross-functionally to improve KPIs and profitability.

Lead a team of operations and material analysts supporting Naval Surface & Undersea programs. Ensure integrity of labor/material analysis, support quarterly EACs and EV reporting, drive process improvements, provide analytical guidance to stakeholders, identify trends, and deliver executive-level insights to business unit leadership.

Lead a team of five financial analysts supporting hardware development programs. Drive EACs, forecasts, financial reporting, and trend analysis to inform bookings, sales, earnings, and cash. Serve as finance point of contact to PMO, engineering, supply chain and operations, coordinate cross-functional inputs, meet critical deadlines, and identify process improvements and corrective actions.

Serve as Raytheon’s primary liaison to Boeing Defense, Space & Security to grow account share, secure orders, resolve escalations, and drive customer satisfaction. Build executive relationships, represent customer needs internally, analyze customer interactions, set policies with cross-functional teams, and travel frequently for onsite engagement.

Serve as technical accounting lead for an SBU, assessing revenue recognition for new awards per U.S. GAAP, reviewing long-term contract EACs, supporting audits, internal controls, policy harmonization, system testing, offset accounting, and documenting accounting judgments and memoranda.

Support FP&A for a $1.5B Air Dominance portfolio: manage forecasts, balance sheet, cash collection, short- and long-range planning, and FP&A consolidation. Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive execution, advise on contract lifecycle (proposal to close-out), and improve financial processes and reporting cadence.

Lead HR category strategic sourcing: develop strategies, run RFx, negotiate and draft global HR contracts, manage supplier relationships (recruiting, L&D, benefits, mobility), ensure compliance (labor law, GDPR), and partner with Legal, Finance, and global stakeholders to optimize cost, performance, and employee experience.
